We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was great. Overall the staff was lovely and wonderful. The hotel's location was marvellous and brilliant, so close to the train station and the metro and the center of Newcastle. We saw Historic England, that's just a short walk away from the venue.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Tastefully decorated and air-conditioned rooms provided with noise-music, an amazing view, for example. Excellent and beautiful location around 4-6 minutes' walk from a Norman church. 10 minutes' by foot to train station.

Its rooms are clean and excellent with good shower, a chest of drawers, as example.

The hotel has excellent location so close to the town centre, all the bars and restaurants, and the train station or Eldon Square shopping centre. The check in was friendly, the room was well decorated with beautiful decor, good shower, for instance.

It was a decent base for nightlife, had fab time. Its location was very central, an easy walk to System.

The best place to stay when in Newcastle upon Tyne. All great, everything you need for the trip. Make sure to get double room with beautiful decor, comfy bed, as for instance. The price is just right - £ 60. The location is pleasant and marvellous, really close to everything I had booked. Plus, this hotel is adjacent to the centre for bars, restaurants, shopping, shopping, eating out, theatre, and Newcastle and Berlin/Munich.

I have stayed in the standard queen room with an electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the really helpful and attentive stuff.

Tbh, had an excellent stay for a restful visit. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed being there. The location very close to city centre was marvellous. The hotel was set in a great area.
